The Plantation House has its unique vantage point atop Kapalua's Plantation Golf Course, the elegant open-air dining room offers panoramic ocean views and breathtaking sunsets.Entertainment: Executive Chef Jojo Vasquez, voted one of Hawaii's "Rising Star Chefs," has crafted menus to reflect his passion for locally sourced and inspired dishes as well as introduced signature menu items. Chef Jojo's cuisine pays respect to locality, using diverse cooking techniques and contemporary presentations. The menu emphasizes Hawai'i's fresh fish, with dishes that are enhanced by the bounty of fresh produce and herbs grown here on Maui. The Plantation House hosts winemakers for special events throughout the year and is host restaurant to the PGA TOUR Sentry Tournament of Championships each year.
